四、印花工藝

本品選用100-120目絲網(wǎng)，一般印2次2刀即可。

印花-干燥-熱處理：130°C-150°C過熱1-5分鐘，如需要調(diào)色，直接用彩印漿+白漿調(diào)入色種5%以內(nèi)。

五、注意事項(xiàng)：

1）如印制深色易掉色的布料，必須要檢驗(yàn)顏色是否回升華到漿料表面，以免造成不必要的損失。

2）由于印花面料的多樣化，和一些外在的不確定因素做大貨之前先小樣實(shí)驗(yàn)確定以后方可批量生產(chǎn)。未確定情況使用或操作不當(dāng)引起的質(zhì)量問題本公司概不負(fù)責(zé)

四．Printing technology

This product chooses 100-120mesh silk screen, print two times and scrape two times as usual.

Printing-drying-heat pressure:Over flashing1-5minutes at 130-150℃，if need adjust color,using discharge like color+white paste within 5% pigment.

五．Notes:

1)If print on dark fabric which is easy to fade,must have a test that the color whether sublimate on surface of paste, in order to cause unnecessary losses.
